Bespoke Kitchen Installation
At Hue Interiors we understand that the thought of a kitchen installation can be quite overwhelming, with multiple tradesmen entering your property, noise, dust, mess and not to mention the inconvenience of having a key part of your home out of action during the process.
That is why at Hue Interiors we follow 3 strict rules, to ensure that your new bespoke kitchen installation is as smooth and as disruption-free as possible.
Communication
One of the most frustrating things that any customer can experience is when they’re not sure what is going on. We understand this more than most and that is why we instruct a Hue Interiors Installation Manager to be your dedicated point of contact throughout the process.
They will take responsibility for the entire project, explain the next stages to you at every step of the way, manage the installation team, discuss convenient dates for the various installation milestones and ultimately take charge of everything that happens and everyone in your property at any one time. All the while with an open line of communication with yourself, to ensure that you are aware of and most importantly comfortable with, everything happening whilst we are in your home.
Should you feel at any point that having the team in on a certain date could be inconvenient, or you have concerns surrounding things like parking issues, noise or general disruption, we don’t want you to worry. Your dedicated Installation Manager will work with you to ensure that any concerns or issues you may have are swiftly resolved.
Consideration
The entire Hue Interiors team understands that when in your home the utmost care and consideration must be adhered at all times. We pride ourselves on the service we provide and that includes how we treat your home whilst installing your new bespoke kitchen.
We understand that passageways must be protected, flooring and carpets must be kept safe and clean, walls and surfaces are to remain mark free.
Your dedicated Installation Manager will undertake a pre-installation inspection to discuss the best routes for our tradesmen to enter and exit your home, plus advise on any personal items which you may need to temporarily re-home to ensure that the entire process is as stress-free as possible.
Respect
A new bespoke kitchen is a large project and may involve us having to be in your home for a number of days. Every member of our team understands that your home is precious and needs to be treated with the utmost respect.
From care of your belongings to appreciation of noise levels, cleanliness and disruption, our friendly respectful team will ensure that we adopt the same values as you and your family, from general cleanliness through to the respectful consideration of infants and pets and even the language we use.
Whilst on site our first priority is to blend in with your everyday life as seamlessly as possible, so you can relax and enjoy the process rather than feeling stressed or anxious about the invasion of your home.
